We’re sorry you’re having trouble with an item. Here you can request to return an item and we will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please note the following return information which also appears in our Terms and Conditions page that is agreed to upon completing the checkout process.
30-Day Guarantee. You may return items for exchange, credit or refund, subject to a 10% return charge. This must be done within 30 days from date you received it, and merchandise must be in unused resalable condition. If the item is defective or we made a mistake on the order there is no restocking fee. We apologize for the necessary restocking fee but as noted above in the discounts section this helps make it possible for us to offer discounted prices to everyone on all items. See “Returns” below.
Returns. In order to keep prices as low as possible for everyone, we have the following return policy.
You must notify us within 30 days from shipping date, stating what item you wish to return and the reason. (Returns will not be accepted unless merchandise is in unused resalable condition.) State clearly whether you want an exchange, credit, or refund. (Postage cannot be refunded.)
Returns not due to our error or a defect in the item will be subject to the 10% return charge for handling and restocking.
